Is the hair 100% human hair?

Yes. All Aurea extensions are made from 100% human hair and can be washed, heat styled, and professionally colored.

How many bundles should I purchase?

Our recommendations are:

  • 2 Bundles: Natural volume

  • 3 Bundles: Our most popular choice for a full install

  • 4 Bundles: Extra fullness, especially for lengths 26" and longer

For installs with a frontal or closure, 2–3 bundles are typically sufficient.

How long will my hair last?

With proper care, Aurea extensions can last 12 months or longer. Using quality hair products, minimizing excessive heat, and following a consistent maintenance routine will help maximize their lifespan.

Can I bleach or color my extensions?

Yes. Because our extensions are 100% human hair, they may be professionally colored or toned. For the best results, we recommend using an experienced colorist.

Does the hair shed or tangle?

A small amount of shedding is normal with all human hair. Proper installation and regular maintenance will help minimize shedding and tangling while keeping your extensions looking beautiful.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

How should I care for my extensions?

To keep your Aurea hair looking its best:

  • Wash with sulfate-free products.

  • Always detangle gently from the ends upward.

  • Use a heat protectant before styling.

  • Wrap or cover your hair with a satin bonnet or sleep on a silk pillowcase.

  • Store your extensions properly when not in use.
