Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Aurea is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information.


Shipping Policy

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Aurea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair extensions, frontals, closures, or wigs that have been opened, worn, altered, washed, brushed, or removed from their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.


Product Information

Aurea offers premium 100% human hair.

Because each bundle is made from natural human hair, slight variations in color, texture, and wave pattern are normal and make each bundle unique.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
